What do you want, but more importantly, what do you not want. Also, consider unexpected scenarios, such as giving birth in the hospital when you had planned a home birth. It may also be that the delivery is progressing so quickly that we recommend staying home. All of this can be done by creating a birth plan. This plan provides clarity and therefore less stress. You know from each other what you want.<\/p>\n<p>Using your phone during delivery is not recommended, but using a contraction tracking app is highly recommended. This app allows you to easily track the frequency of contractions.<\/p>\n<h2>Route to the hospital.<\/h2>\n<p>Make sure you know the route to both ZGT and MST and where to park. Wheelchairs are available, and a 2 euro coin is required at MST.<br \/>\n<strong>Tip<\/strong>: Watch out for the speed camera on the way to ZGT! Your baby won&#8217;t just pop out, so you can stick to the speed limit.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s escape bag.<\/h2>\n<p>When you go to the hospital, it may take some time before the baby is born. Bring some snacks, magazines, a book, an iPad, or a laptop. It can be nice to clear your head with a Netflix series so that you can be fully there for your partner when the time comes. Don&#8217;t forget the chargers&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip<\/strong>: Chill a beer for after the delivery!
