Call if urgent 074 242 19 10
The season of skiing and snowboarding is coming again. What is wise if you are pregnant?
Do not go skiing or snowboarding above 2,150 meters. When you get higher, the air contains less oxygen for you and therefore also for the baby.
If you want to do winter sports, you should realize that you are less stable than normal and have weaker joints, so faster injuries. Skiing and snowboarding is a sport with a high risk of falling. That chance is even greater during pregnancy. So take it easy! It is not advisable to go skiing or snowboarding for the first time if you are pregnant. Estimate for yourself what you like and be especially careful! No matter how experienced you are, there is always a risk that others can hurt you.
